I saw my dentist today and apparently my bite was off; just like his assistant had told me. I was in the chair at the dental office for maybe 20 minutes or 25 minutes. I was so happy when I could feel that he made a difference with whatever he did. He pulled out his drill and the dental hygienist was there to help. It was instant relief; I asked him not to boot me off of his case load. I feel like I'm being a chronic complainer; but he told me he was glad I was voicing my discomfort. I heard the drill going while I was there and thought about last Monday. I'm glad I'm about to close the chapter on the first procedure of getting my all white smile back.

I'm going for a 20 pound weight loss by the end of February of 2008. I know I can do it and I must.

10 pound club

Postby Exotic » January 22nd, 2008, 10:30 pm

This may seem small to some of you, but I just like got an instant charge when I saw that I had been added to the 10 pound club. That made me so excited. Oh my, I'm happy to see that someone is watching me close. I'm heading for that 20 pound club, but with all my ups and downs I stall. My mouth feel 75% better so I'm on my way to my 20 pounds, plus (opps) I mean minus 20 pounds by Feb. 28th, 2008. I MUST LOSE 50 POUNDS. I WILL LOSE 50 POUNDS.

I want to say THANKS to whoever posted my 10 pound lost. It's the small things in life that matter to me.

You can and will achieve your goal. That's my mantra for myself, and I know you can do it too. ;)
Pre WLS 460
Low after WLS 300
Start of MF 350
Previous MF low 280
Restart MF 330

Hey Everybody,

Day 2 went well. I still have one more supplement left for the day. I've got to get a handle on my water intake. Do you all get all of your water in? I can't stand water, but I know it's good for me. Oh, my goodness that tropical punch drink is nasty; how do you make it taste worth drinking.

Glad you are doing so well. May I suggest you mix it with Lemon Lime Diet Soda or Crystal Light Pink or Regular Lemon Aid?

regards.

Yay!

Day 2 down, 26 to go!

Yes, I do at least 96oz of water, but it was a battle at the beginning, my body craves it now.

As far as the punch...I like it best in more water...I make it in a 32oz shaker, but I also water down crystal light and such.

I'm not a fan of the tropical punch, but then I have never liked the flavor even when I was a kid. I've tried mixing it with 12 oz. of diet 7 up but will try it Dede's way with 32 oz (or more) of water next time.

You are doing well.....keep going!

Today is day four; head ache from sugar intake being cut way down. I hope everyone else is doing okay. I must and I will lose 50 pounds by May 2008; I know I can do it.

Thanks for the support everyone. I also have a question for anyone that can answer it; How do you keep yourself from getting bored on Medifast? Oh, by the way I tried the oatmeal that I hate so much with more water and it actually tasted a little bit better. I thought I would just do cookies with it, but the extra water came through for me. Having to force water down. I will continue to try.
