I just wanted to let everone know I am on tract and have 4 days down so I will let you know what I done wed. weigh day.

Checkin in a couple of pounds lighter, finally!

My oldest daughter was here and said I was lookin skinny. I love that word.....when applied to ME.

So far she is the only one to notice or comment. Look out world, you will have to notice soon! I am approaching that 30 lb mark Nancy mentioned as the point where once they were blind but now they can SEE.

190 is in my sights......the next mini goal.
