Easy way to start program

Postby MsApril » May 9th, 2005, 4:41 pm

I have found a great way to make the first three days on the MF program go easier.... start it the same time as you get PMS. I usually have so much cramps, headaches and pain that it was impossible to tell that anything else was wrong :-)

Ladies!

There is NEVER a great time to start a weight loss program! The best time is always tomorrow, eh?

Those poor guys - living in the garage all the time…

Just wait until you enter Menopause Manor - at least you are in a semi-predictable era of your life right now - your family and friends can expect the Crabby Appletons to appear cyclically.

Once mean-o-pause strikes, you never know when you are going to have a personal sauna and flames will erupt from your inner core; skankiness happens randomly at this point in life and there are no boxes of unmentionable items in the shopping cart to give fair warning to the family to take off for a while…
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...

you are so right msapril! thats what i did. great recommendation to folks. i didnt do it on purpose but realized i started MF again the same time i got PMS. but the truth is better to start ASAP so no excuse to folks who just finished TOM and lookin for another reason to postpone it a little longer. ;)
