Thanks Biki!

Worked out last night and walked/jogged this morning (2 miles). I walked one mile and jogged the other. Will be working out tonight also.
Lost .5 lbs. from last week and will change my ticker tonight. That 40 lb. club sure is elusive.

I feel that way about the 90 club. I will finally officially join again if I can maintain this loss until Sunday. I don't want to have to give up my membership again.

Here's hoping you stay in that 90 lb. club Biki! <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_33_15.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D23%252F23_33_15/image.gif">

I worked out last night but didn't walk this morning (feet are a little sore). Since it is so much cooler here I will be walking this evening. Not planning on any weight workout this evening though.

Thanks, Donna. I'm doing my best. The food thing is still a work in progress. I am afraid to eat too much but then I let myself go hungry which I am not supposed to do. I am on WW Core and just need to trust the process like I did on MF for so many months. It worked for me before Medifast and can work again.

WW Core is a great plan Biki, as you well know, and you should be very successful on it in the long run. It may take your metabolism a while to get adjusted to eating more but since your exercising too I think you will continue to lose. Just my 2 cents worth.

I walked 2 miles last night but didn't jog much since my foot was bothering me. I waited until 7:30 p.m. to go out to the track and it was nice outside. I wanted to go longer but had a little scare that made me leave earlier than planned. I'm thinking I might like to going out in the evening more so than early in the morning, at least there are more lights on. Tonight I have bowling and I plan doing my tape workout beforehand. My lower back and left foot are bothering me this morning. Sure hope they get better throughout the day or I may not get in that tape workout.

Hi Donna,

I just have a minute here on the boards but I wanted to stop in and say hi! Thanks for stopping in my journal, I always love hearing from you.

I hope your back and foot are feeling better. Maybe it is just your body adjusting to a more intense exercise program.

I didn't walk this morning because we were trying to get out of here early, but if I don't get in at least 2.5 miles a day I feel like I am slacking off! I am walking about 4 miles per hour now, so it is a good workout for me. I still look at the joggers with envy though! I am starting a pilates program when I get home so I am hoping for some good toning.

Have a good weekend, and listen to your body, it is trying to tell you something. Maybe just a day or two of walking without the jarring of jogging would be a good way to give your body some recovery time. Are you getting in plenty of stretching before and after?

I'm still walking and exercising. I actually made better time on my 2 mile walk Saturday. Exercised Friday twice, Saturday, Monday and this morning. Plan on doing an exercise tape this evening too.

Been short on time these days but hope to catch up with reading journals towards the end of the week. Gotta go to work!
