I just wanted to make a quick post to all of the new comers to the MF program and TSFL. It will be difficult during the first few days, but you will see marked progress after the first seven days and each subsequent week. The key is to follow the 5 & 1 plan to a T and if you are uncertain about something, check with your Health Advisor. Regardless of how tough it is, you can do anything for a week, right? This forum and the various conference calls throughout the week are sources of encouragement as well.

Eddie, when you put it that way, one week of effort sounds a whole lot more managable! Looking for all the motivators I can find :D

Starting: 195 lbs, 5'2", 41 y.o.
1st Mini Goal: 185
Goal: hard to say. . . one clothing size smaller at a time. Currently size 18. 125 lbs would be awesome.
