Did I do it wrong

I started last week and I thought you could interchange the meals. However, should I have had at least three shakes a day and is this something I should do everyday. I'm confused.

You're Ok!
Old rules say three shakes a day. New rules say it's alright to mix it up BUT only one bar per day...

Yep, Amber is correct...you can use ANY combination of 5 meals per day, only one bar tho.

There are several people on here that hate the shakes and wouldn't be able to stay on this program if they had to have 3 shakes per day.

Thanks so much I got worried. I lost about 4 pounds this week so I'm quite happy. I think it's great that there is a thread that we can discuss these issues. Thanks again.
