Hey fellow MFers,

Well, 30 days down on my 100 day challenge and I hit the 20 lb. club, WHOOHOO!!!

I'm feeling so much better, lots of energy, walking or hiking everyday and doing my yoga...

Is every minute of every day always easy? No.
Is every minute of every day staying compliant worth it? YES!!!

I'll have to do some reading of the boards and catch up on how great everyone is doing after work today. Until then, happy MFing!!!
