Hi Shannon! You have found the best support around. I'm just getting back on the wagon and this week I have made sure that I come here and read everyday. They are a very uplifting bunch of shakers!

Welcome Shannon,

Congrats on your choice to get healthy! Thyroid is tricky stuff, but you will do great on this plan. Don't be disappointed if your loss is less than 78lbs in 3 months, but if you follow the plan correctly, you will lose, and do so in a way more healthy than on many plans out there. Most of all, keep coming here for encouragement, and don't give up. You have no where to go on this plan, but toward better health!
