Hi, my name is Shannon and I am 293 pounds. I suffer from Hashimodo's Thyrioditis (extreme hypo thyriod) and have never found a diet to lose the weight I want. South Beach I lost 13 and gained back 16, Atkins gained 9 pounds, no carb all protien diet lost 16 pounds but had massive migraines and regained 9 of it. And so on and so on...

I read a post on another site from a woman who had my condition and in the matter of 3 months lost 78 pounds and a year later she is still the going strong!!

This is for me! This is the one! THEN I read all the posts and saw all the sincere support and heartfelt caring towards one another and I knew this is my time.

I am Shannon, I am 293 pounds fat, my goal weight is 180 and I can do this!!

Thanks MF!! thanks my new friends !!! I can't wait to post my before and after pics and to be a supportful cheerleader for all of you!!
