Thank you Dogma. As luck would have it my kids have been up all night with the stomach flu . I don't know what is worse, watching them be sick or knowing I am next. At any rate being up and all I thought I ought to look thorugh my new my box of MF. I read the quick start booklet and am getting really excited. I know I can do this. I am going to go and purchase a couple of special drink cups, a journal and look for a magic bullet. I look forward to posting results and look forward to cheering everyone on ! Happy shakin. Mytime
