Offical weigh in day....and guess what? Yep, 204. I know that this is my plateau week and I am resolved to remain calm and not panic. Next week I sould have a good loss...right?

Onederland is close at hand and I will not be defeated!!!

Happy Friday kids!

I am 2 pound away from ONEDERLAND and the patience is tough especially with my TOM coming up on Monday!

Cindy~ I'm sorry you are having such a hard time right now with this plateau thing. I hate plateaus too, but......I hate being fat more. :x

Hold your ground, Cindy. You will come out victorious. :trophy:

I don't have a lot to write about today. I struggled a bit over the weekend...didn't exactly cheat (no carbs), but I did go a little overboard on my L & G. No harm, though, I am STILL holding steady at 204. I know that this plateau will go away soon...won't it??

Day 10 of not losing a single freakin' pound. I decided that I must be off plan and not realizing it. I went to the website and reprinted all of the "rules" and, yes, I was off plan just a bit. I was having more than one snack a day and eating bars and crisps on the same day. I also checked my "fat free" salad dressing and it has 7 carbs! Another no-no. Ok...now I am refocused and determined to stay exactly on plan. I am going out of town this weekend, so it will be a test of my committment. Wish me luck!

Cindy~ Good for you for checking to see if you were on plan. You have a great attitude, even through your frustration. Hang in there........I know you will be mindful this weekend of staying on plan. You can do it! Just make your mind up ahead of time that you are in control.

I am wondering why I can't eat the soups this time. Last year, I never wanted the shakes, just the soups. Now I am the complete opposite...I want the shakes. They don't really fill me up, but I just cannot stomach the soups this go around. I wonder why?

Please don't. I used to call myself MISS FLUCTUATION. I would gain weight for no reason at all or sometimes because I screwed up. But I have gained weight in complete compliance. Go over your program with a fine toothed comb and look for any extras that could be throwing you off, water, too much of something, too much exercise, and then keep on shakin. IT WILL HAPPEN. Be patient. That's what they told me. And it worked. This is a chart of my last two months on Medifast. Do you see all the ups and downs? But there is a trend. And you can still ride that trend. Good luck.
