Also, where should we leave from? Should we leave from somewhere central like Galveston or New Orleans (Or Baton Rouge) so it's not an arm and a leg for the west coasters to get to Florida OR the East Coasters to get to california, etc?

That would be fabulous! And maybe some of the singles could room together, but we can figure that one out later when things are firmed up. I know most cruise lines charge a huge single supplement for single travelers. You basically pay for two people.
