Cream of broccoli?

Postby DogMa » October 4th, 2006, 8:50 am

I have maybe six boxes or so of broccoli soup (plus some chicken noodle), and now that I'm in maintenance, I just don't eat it very much. Anyone want to trade? The only Medifast meals I DO eat regularly these days are the oatmeals and the chocolate pudding. Anyone interested? I'd even trade two boxes of broccoli soup for every one box of pudding, just to get rid of them.

Would you take 5 Choc. Divine bars and 2 choc. puddings? I don't have a full box of either. I didn't used to like the Brocc. soup, but now I do.

Sorry, no bars. I didn't eat 'em when I was on the program, and I'm sure not eating 'em now that I'm done. Yuck.

If no one wants to trade (and I know it's a tough one because most people like the pudding), I'll just have to make myself have some soup occasionally till it's gone.

Again, the ONLY thing I'm willing to trade for is chocolate pudding and oatmeal. I don't eat the other products nearly enough to bother.

I don't have anything to trade, but I do have a suggestion. Since you are on maintenance and can switch it up a bit, have you thought about making your cream of broc soup a little thicker and baking a chicken breast in it with a little onion?? I think it would be good.

Too many calories for me still, I think. I haven't increased my calories all THAT much since moving to maintenance. I'm still working on that part, because my metabolism is still so slow (maybe slower than before; I'm not sure yet).
