Hi Tami!

I just posted that I found great prices on Ebay for the syrups. I did google searches, and of all the places I looked, the Ebay deal was the best!

Also, I would like to know about mixing the medifast chocolate shake into hot coffee... maybe we'd have to wait till it was a little cooler so it doesn't get lumpy, or take nutrients away by heating it too much. Hope someone knows and will post... :?

I did it every morning. Weather it "modified the nutritional value" or not, I still did it. It clumps unless, you pour in a splash of coffee first, into your shaker jar, then pour in your packet to make the "sludge" then once this is mixed (shaken well), pour it in your coffee cup, and add the remainder of the coffee, and stir. I also used 2 packets of equal EVERYDAY to my Medicoffee.

Worked for me. This was my am ride to work.

I never tried the syrups, just did not appeal to me.

Thanks for the mixing tips Mike!

I am looking forward to the Medicoffee... maybe it will keep the "morning grumpies" away.

Oh, yeah! Coffee and Choc Medifast is the bestest! Like Mike, I stir mine into a bit of cooled coffeee to make it smooth and then add the rest of the coffee. I also add instant coffee to the shakes for the coffee flavor and drink it cold or heat it up a bit. Coffee is good witht he vanilla shakes, too.
