Coffee Creamer Question

I LOVE my coffeemate powder creamer but I switched to 1/2 and 1/2 when I started this and I HATE it. Can I use the Coffemate still?

You know they have fat free coffeemate powder, I have some myself. I'm quite sure it's ok to use. I also have the sugar-free coffeemate liquid french vanilla flavored coffee creamer that I use, I know that is ok cause it's listed on the approved MF recipe listing in their download section.
