30 lb club!!

I've been compliant since December 1st thanks to Serendipity, Lauren, Nova, Lauradr who reached their goals last week. They had some really great things to say about how they got there. I've finally realized that if I want to be thin next summer I have to make the decision NOW to get on plan and STAY on plan. Like Lauren says...it is easier to NOT CHEAT on Medifast...you don't have to deal with the disapointment. I'm really giving it my all and have been sticking with the plan and have had no other bites or sips of anything not legal. Its working....I'm down 8 lbs since Friday for a total of 32.5 lbs lost. It feels great.
