20# Club Please

Postby katieb920 » January 30th, 2007, 10:41 am

I made it!!!!!!!!!! Unca can you switch me to the 20# club please.

I started this great diet 28 days ago and I have lost a whopping amount of 21.6#

I am  for Joy.

I have decided not to exercise for a few more weeks. I do not know if this is good yet. But I am just not ready. What do you think?

Katie~ that's great. :bravo: You are doing awesome. I am so excited for you.

As far as the exercise goes......I don't know. I started exactly 3 weeks into MF. I haven't even been exercising an entire week yet, but I'm enjoying it. (All except for the huffing and puffing ;) )

I'm not sure what you mean, Katie. Good, as in...what, exactly? Exercise is not required to lose weight while MFing. It is advisable for toning, maintaining better physical shape, increasing one's metabolism, etc. - as it is in any circumstance, but it's not necessary for the weight loss. In fact, if memory serves, Her Royal Leopardness, Nancy, has shared that she didn't exercise throughout her entire weight loss phase.

I hope this was helpful - is that what you even meant?

Oh! I almost neglected to congratulate you on the awesome job you've done! Congrats on the new club! WooHoo!!

congratulations, and whenever you decide to exercise is completely fine. This is your program, and when you are ready then hit it hard, but until then enjoy your losses!! :)

Hey, Katie, good job!
As far as the excercise goes... do what your body is telling you to do! While I was losing I was normally active but didn't have enough spare energy to do an excercise program. You can always tone & firm after the weight is gone, if that's what works for you.
Best wishes~
Amber
