Welcome back, pretty lady! Don't disappear again, okay? It's easier to stay on plan when you've got all these people here looking out for you - you know?

Keep on keepin' on...

Chynna, open the box. Take it slowly. Maybe you are a little scared because last time you made goal while not technically being on program, you know? So you didn't get the official goal-reaching and transition experience. You can make it all the way, but you have to take the first step. Make sure you're not putting too much pressure on yourself to lose it all in only a month - don't set yourself up to be disappointed. Just open the box, start in the morning, and see what happens. You know you'll be pleased with how you feel after a few days on plan.

Good luck tomorrow!

SO, i'll put the Hershey kisses down and go open the box. I'll eat my pear and my temple orange for the last time:+(...i think i've figured out what the problem is...i fear letting go of the fruit etc....BUT you've heped me too to realize that i MUST get going...the sooner the better...and i can't let Leigh down...can't believe i really inspired you girl...lol!

OK OK, here i go, heading for the living room...will check in bright and early tomorrow...i plan to have oatmeal first.
THANKS again y'all:+)

Well, it sounds like these ladies got ya covered, Chynna!

I'm not sure what motivating thing I would have said to you, because I'm the biggest dork about my MF deliveries. Ever since my very first one, when I studied the book front to back, read everything I could and then broke open the foods like it was Hanukkah morning (hmm, doesn't have the same ring as "Christmas Morning" does it), I still open my monthly deliveries with gusto!

I guess I view the MF deliveries as a box of goodies that arrive at my doorstep to keep me fit and thin! What's better than that?

It may sound silly, but I cherish this stuff. I ALWAYS have extra, lots of extra, just in case, I don't know, the universe shifts on its axis and I can't get a delivery or something! :-)

So, if for some reason you did NOT crack in at 10pm as promised, why don't you close your eyes, and then when you re-open them, look at the box differently. Don't look at it like it's the end of your yummy stuff, look at it as the beginning of something SO MUCH BETTER!

Cheers,

Lauren

Good Morning Chynna !!!!!!

How was your first Mf supp??Which one did you choose?? I am waiting for my shipment of the new crunch bars...Just think you can have one for each meal if you want ! I am psyched..

Now, back to you..Just remember you can have the fruit once you make it to the transition phase, so all is not lost ! Food is everywhere and you are just making a different choice for yourself now, and having a different plan. I think the word choice is important because we do have choices about getting healthier !

You go girl and as Leigh said, YOU INSPIRE ME !!!

You guys are the BEST, and i truly thank you because i almost decided to wait until Monday to actually start
BUT i took y'alls advice and decided to jump on this train...like Lauren said "look at it as the beginning of something SO MUCH BETTER"
Hopefully next Thursay i'll see a loss even if it's just half'a pound...lol!

THANK YOU all for your support...i'm feeling quite inspired by YOU:+)

Chyna

PS: Is it alright to eat every 2 hours? I usually eat every 3 hours but this evening i'll be away from home.

Well, i made through my first day with no problem thank God. Into my second day now. Had a shake at 9:30 and will have oatmeal at 12:30. So hopefully things will continue to go smoothly.

What is a good low carb/fat salad dressing (approx. 5 grams of fat and less than 6 grams of carbs.) or what do some of you use?

AND, am i understanding this correctly, that you can eat the NEW crunch bars five times a day as a meal?

Have a great compliant day everyone :-P

Sorry I didn't answer your question yesterday, Chynna, about the meal timing. I think you are supposed to go no more than 4 hours between meals, and 3 hours is best. But there should be at least 1 hour between. Sometimes when I'm having a rough day for hunger and no allowed snacks in the house, I'll have two meals just an hour apart and then go a bit longer between the rest of them than normal.

YES, you can have the new bars five times a day!!!! LOVE it!!

And people have recommended Walden Farms salad dressing, purchased online I guess unless you're in a big fancy city that would carry it in a store. I haven't tried it, because I don't have salad that often and when I do I use the Wishbone spritzers. That's another one that seems to be in the limits, and the spray feature is nice because less dressing covers more evenly. Although I don't know if they make them anymore, because I haven't bought any in over a year.

Good luck with day 2. Just think, by Monday you'll be in the zone, off and running, and 4 days farther ahead than if you'd waited till then to start. Stay strong!

Thanks Nickie, and that's alright about yesterday girl:+) Guess what, i found a bottle of the Wishbone Honey Mustard Spritzer sitting in the refrigerator and didn't know i had it..lol! From what i read on the back of the bottle, i can have 20 sprays and STILL be within the suggested carb/fat limits...yayyy!
Now that's GOOD news about the bars...this time i ordered 2 boxes of the original Chocolate Mint..next time i'll try the NEW one's...hope they taste just as good..lol! I could see myself eating that 5x's a day...probably wouldn't tho.

Hey Chynna !
Happy Saturday to you ! You will LOVE the new crunch bars ! I finally received them yesterday and they are awesome ! I ordered the chocolate mint (delicious) the oatmeal raisin (tolerable) and the smores (YUM !!)

I do mostly shakes during the work week and have the soups, etc. on the weekend (less hassle making them at home). But isnt is so nice to have bars you can just throw in your purse and can virtually "eat them anywhere ! " I think a Dr. Seuss jingle is forming !!

Anyay, I'm off to Tae Kwan Do with my 9 year old daughter and it's already a great day !! Have had a shake and a bar so far !!!

WE CAN DO THIS.........PERSEVERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a great day Chynna...........Make it great for you !!!

I'm up bright and early this morning about to eat my first meal of the day (Oatmeal). So far the going is good...this is day 3 for me...yay!

Well i think i'm gonna put an order in for the NEW bars too. I have the original Chocolate Mint bars and i die for them. Pam, are the new bars just as sweet even tho they're lower in sugar and calories?

Where is everyone else? Will check back later.

My little grandaughter takes Tae Kwan Do...she LOVES it..lol!
Have a great weekend!
