CHINA,
When you report your inches lost, be sure to remember your feet! I went from size 7 1/2 to size 6 1/2 boots - 7 shoes.
Our tootsies get a new wardrobe, too.
You'll look beautiful from head to toe at your Dinner Dance.

I am waiting for my size 6 Pradas to fit again. I am still a 6.5 or 7. I can get into the track shoes if I wear very thin socks.

Well GOOOOOOD Morning everybody!!!!
Hope everyone is doing well this beautiful morning:+)

Thank you DeDe for the sweet comments about my avatar ANDDD my pics...so kind of you:+)

Well guys..the dance was sooooo nice..i really did ENJOY myself. I even stayed COMPLIANT when they brought those scruptuous ROlLS and set'm almost in front of me..lol! Then comes the "cutest" waiter..so i asked him if there would be salad and if so would it have the salad dressing already on'it and he said yes..so i said would you be so kind as to have them fix mine with NO salad dressing?..he said certainly:+)..i told him my brought my OWN (Medifast-Red Bell Pepper Italian) So then i asked him if the Roasted Chicken had any kind of gravy or sauce on it and if so to please don't include it on mine...by this time i KNOW he was sick'a me..lol!...then i asked what kind of veggies were they having..he said MIXED..i then said do you have just a "green" vegetable?..he said we have steamed aparagus..i said GREAT bring'it on! I even passed on the delish roasted potatoes...but yall shoud've seen the looks of wonderment from other's at the able when i whipped out my packet of dressing..hahahaha!! Then after awhile the dessert started to come, and it's sooooo funny but he looked right at me even BEFORE he got to my table and i shook my head saying but not actually verbally saying, NONE for me..LOL!..but i did have coffee and brought my own Spenda...so that's it about the food. Now the dancing is another story...my feet HURT like the dickens...those shoes i bought at Macy's tat felt sooooo GOOD on my feet THERE really disappointed me when i actually wore them..i'd taken them back, but now they've been worn and that wouldn't be right to do. Gosh i'm LONGGGG winded today...LOL!

Lucian's cousin had a camera and took a few shots..syas he will email them to me when they're downloaded.

Now speaking of pics..MISS THANG MISS THANG!!!!!!!..girl i looked at your hubbys pic and child he could SAVE my life ANYTIME!!!..he could even bring along those "specialized" handcuffs you bought him so it would be assured i wouldn't go anywhere after i was saved..LOL!...and ya know who else he reminds me off too, is Raymond Romano:+)))

Also, i asked Unca to post my wedding pic to share with you all. I was 155 pounds in this pic on my wedding day (June5,2004) and this is the GOAL weight i'm working toward getting back to. See what 2 years of eating ANY and EVERYTHING can do?...that's why i was sooooo overweight in my BEFORE pic...but Medifast i really teaching me the RIGHT things to do.

Thank you so much Unca for posting this pic for me:+)

Ok my fellow shakers..keep on shakin'!
Going to read some more journals now:+)

Love,
Chynna

CHINA, what can I say. I always cry at weddings >>>sniff.
You and LUCIAN are so, so happy and just perfect for each other!
Thank you for the beautiful wedding pictures.

Okay, just read your dinner post! You did just the right things, and it wasn't hard at all, was it?
You could teach some good pointers to all of us.
Really disappointed about the shoes. keep them, and maybe as your feet get a little smaller, and they will fit perfectly.
That happened with me.
I am so proud of you and your positive attitude.

Hi Chynna,
I've been catching up on your journal. First off - I'm really glad your daughter is home. What an emotionally, scary time!

Second - your wedding pics are so beautiful! But, where are these other pics you're talking about? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Third (I told ya I was catching up! LOL), WAY TO GO on your weight loss, girl!!!!! Wow - 10 more till goal is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fourth, I'm sooo excited to discover our feet will shrink! I'm a 7.5 and before I had my first kid I was a 6. I went up 1/2 a size after the first 3 kids and never went back down.

Sorry your shoes weren't comfy at the dinner party. :? Maybe they will take them back after one wearing. Some stores do.

You did a great job on staying compliant! Parties are the WORST for wanting to cheat bec - for me anyway - I just want to eat like everyone else and not draw attention that I'm doing something different. You did a great job in customizing the menu to support your goals!!!!!
Donna :)

Hi Chynna,

I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself---I'm Mavesse

I had a quick read through your journal and it's a real treat to see your wedding photos. What a beautiful bride you were! Also, I was sad to hear of the health struggles your daughter has. I have a close friend who has MS and it seems as though we never know what's around the corner, so I imagine it's very stressful for you.

Anyway, thanks for being such a positive presence on this board :D

Chynna - beautiful beautiful wedding pictures. What a picture perfect couple. You are doing so well on this program - only about 10 pounds left to goal?? I am so happy for you....and you thought it was going to take you forever....wow!!

Sounds like you had a ball at the dance and you even complied with the dinner....good girl. As your weight is falling off you are really starting to bloom. You have always been very encouraging with everybody and their struggles but now I am seeing you coming out of your shell. Congrats.

Girrrrrrrl. You so funny!
Ray Romano? That's so random because my sister says the same thing!
He's an only son, and was the first grandson on both sides...
so he's a spoiled rotten brat, too. Everybody Loves Robert!
Not even joking, though ~ the man HAS saved my life! Awww. He's the best! Image

Great job on the food! Don'tcha just love that MF dressing? It's my fave, too!
Sorry about the shoes, but Lizabette's right, they'll prolly fit better soon.
When I went to my niece's wedding in Jan, the first thing I did was kick my shoes off
~ before they even had a chance to give me trouble.
Then I just danced my self silly! It was great fun...and good exercise!

Thanks for sharing those lovely wedding shots, too!
You were a beautiful bride, and y'all look so happy!
