Chicken Noodle Soup?

Help! I made the chicken noodle soup today and I could not get the chicken bits to soften up! I used hot, but not boiling water and let it sit for about three minutes. Any ideas?

Hi Sneezy and welcome to the forum,
This topic has been covered "somewhere" in the forum here, and I believe in one or two of the newsletters. There's a button at the top of the forum to "search" the forum.

The jist of how to de-lump the soups is to mix with cool water first. Adding warm or hot water can cook the products before it gets mixed and cause lumps.
