Thank you everyone so very much. IT is so very good to see all the responses and support. I can not thank you enough..
It is funny when i see my neighbors or certain people they dont say any thing about my loss. I keep waiting for some one to say any thing.. So hearing it all from you is SO GREAT and uplifting..

If any one else here needs support or any thing please write me any time..
I will be glad to chat or write any one about this and keep them going.
I have sure met some really nice friends on here and i no that we will be friends long after we are off this...

Also--It is rare someone I see alot mentions my loss and if I can tell myself then I know others can. I will probably kill over the first time someone non-family mentions it

that new you is glowing with a younger look! I bet those friends and neighbors will be bringing it up real quick. It seems that in my past weight loss excursions, people are somewhat reticent at first to comment. I suspect it might be because they are not sure, & don't want to ask if we have lost weight, in case we haven't. They would feel bad if we said no and they might worry that we think they are insinuating that we need to lose. that is what seemed to happen to me in the past. Anyway, your transformation is beautiful!

You need to only to be proud of yourself and pat your own self on the back for your accomplishments. You will meet a few who will not hesitate to compliment your tremendous weight loss and ask how you did it. And, there will be others as I have found out who I have caught staring at me, or looking me up and down, yet, they would not throw a compliment my way, even if I were their own mother!! It just takes all kinds to make up a world. Some will think you might be ill, and wish not to mention the loss to you and feel they do not know how to approach you. Others will show their jealous side to you and say nothing, yet what they are thinking is readable on their looks and faces, and in their minds, they are thinking, "Wow". Others, like a neighbor of mine who has called me "Fatso" since the day we met three years ago, will just stare and then snicker. As for me, I take the people who ignore the fact with a grain of salt. I am getting healthy now, feel so wonderful these days and know that I am doing something so good for myself. This matters most to me.

But, in the end, those who genuinely send compliments your way without hesitation, are truly, the ones to share your joy with. Congratulations, once again!!
