We are a subsidiary of Medifast Diet and we offer the very same products for the very same prices.

Take Shape For Life is the part of Medifast that provides personal coaching and support for people using Medifast products. Our services are free to our clients. We help people to select the programs and products to meet their individual needs, we place orders for them, check on their orders, assist them as needed.
