0 Calories flavored water

Postby Hyperion » November 24th, 2005, 7:24 am

Hi fellow losers!

My GF just discovered a new product yesterday which is a zero-calorie flavored water (raspberry, lemon, etc). It really tastes like juice but less sweetened.

I looked at nutritional info and it says 0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 fat, etc...

Can it be used on our plan (Nancy?!) ?

Hype, Yes, you can have it, but from what I understand, you shouldn't use it as part of your 64 oz. of water because it's not pure water.

I've been drinking it since I started MF - hasn't kept me from losing weight. I have trouble drinking water "straight" - do not like the taste of water unless it's flavored or carbonated, so I drink alot of flavored water (either I flavor it myself with lemon and a little Sweet & Low, or have the flavored waters that you are talking about), or flavored seltzers.

Slurp away Hype,

Just remember there's nothing better than good ole mother nature's H2O.

It should become a habit for all of us.....

Allrighty!

I got Nancy's permission :D :D :D :D :D

I'll drink them moderately (about 300-500 mL a day), adding to that 2 litres of water (8 to 10 glasses)!

Woo-hoo !!

With that much liquid, you'll need a snorkel and a set of swim fins!
