Brussel Sprouts?

So they aren't on the list, but cabbage is.

Any reason why I couldn't eat them?

Probably the carb count. I just looked both of these up and cabbage has 4 carbs per cup, whereas, brussel sprouts have about 8 carbs per cup. Not a lot of difference, I will admit, but every little carb can add up.

Yes, sorry, but if they aren't on the list, there is a reason. For brussel sprouts, I believe that it's too many carbs for the weight loss phase of the program.

I love them too, but they will have to wait till maintenance for me.

The makeup of cabbage is more water than that of brussel sprouts. I like them, too. Odd, I never meet many people who like the things. I used to think they were just shrunken little cabbages.
