Well I will start this off as a WELCOME BACK to myself after a few month long binge of too many carbohydrated alcoholic beverages and partying until the birds started singing (literally) I'm on day 3 and have vowed to be more diligent in posting a journal entry every day.. I have to say that Bikipatra has really been my inspiration and I looked back on her Studio images and journal entries to really get me through the first 2 days and I beat the temptation and I'm highly proud of myself and felt like I had to start a new journal kind of as a confessional and for something to look back on since I like to sit back and see what a bad day realy entails. Honestly when I was on program before I really never had a bad day and I have already deceided this is really it I have used all my chances to screw up my chance of getting healthy and I won't do it again.. My hubby has decided (since he is soon to be 30) that we are going to start trying for a family and letting nature take it's course. I just don't think being pregnant and over weight is such a great idea and worth all the health risks for myself along with my unborn child! So I'm going for the gold and hope to be under 200lbs by August at least which I'm sure is realistic.... SO hears to creamy shakes and tasty supplements!

I am so proud of you that you are starting again. So many people go off the program and we never hear back from them. It takes humility and guts to come back. And you did it!

Alrighty I have really done it now I'm so happy and I feel great I had an interesting night and was waken up @3:28am est by my hoodlum juvenile detentioned neighbor setting off fireworks I WAS ENGRAGED Well finally I got back to sleep about 4:30 and then woke up at 7am and got going, drank my shake on the way to work and I feel great I also got a sugar free red bull in which I will use as my caffeine allowance today along with maybe one diet coke! Wish me luck I'm on to day 4 and didn't weigh myself today only because I was running late and I'm trying to stay awat from the scale until Saturday am...

WOO HOO it's Friday and I feel great :-) I'm having a little tit for tat with the scale because it seems that no matter where I move it to on the kitchen floor the darn thing reads different every time and I don't know what to think :x I have only been consuming 1-2 sodas a day diet coke at that and if I have 1 I some times allow myslef a sugar free red bull (i just like the taste) but not every day.... Well I will see what the heack is going on I will be totally soda and red bull free after today to see if that has anything to do with it! We are having a cook out tomorrow to celefrate my dad's b-day which is actually July 4th but it's easier for everyone to do it on a weekend rather than party and be hung over @ work on Thursday.... I already have my meal planned I will be having a chicken kabob with veggies and a morning star burger since I don't think there is enough chicken on the skewer...Well on to another righteous lovely day of MEDIFAST! :cheermed:

It has only happened 3 times, but every time I eat Morning Star sausage links or patties, I lose weight the next day. My husband gets kind of annoyed that I am eating "his" food, since he is a vegetarian.
