Thank god I don't have that problem it's just the opposite my hubby eats what moo's and sometimes oink's and clucks me on the other hand can't do too much with the pork and beef besides maybe an occasional 93% lean burger or chicken I try to stay away from the pork since it's so salty my mom wasn't big on cooking with salt and sugar growing up, go figure she is type 2 diabetic...

Hey just checking in! Missed a couple of days on the board and just checked in for roll call at 40 cents a minute at the hotel. I wasted most of the time trying to update my ticker but could find the place to put the PIN number since it wasn't my machine! How have you been?

I'm doing acceptionally well however had a down fall on saturday but got up yesterday morning and jumped right back in and I'm feeling great today... How was the weekend retreat at the hotel? Hope it was well and definitely glad to see your grand loss! Thanks for checking in on me and I didn't weigh in this morning because I knew I was bad and didn't want to see the result although I still feel great! Have fun and check back in when you are back from the retreat :-)

Glad you were able to jump right back on. It's when you let it drag out that it gets so hard to get back. Not that getting off program is ideal but most of us have done it and getting right back to the program is great! My mini-vacation was all -in-all pretty great. Had a weird morning (little panic attack) but not going to let that ruin the great memories I have!

Alright I forgot to post my official entry for the day :-) I'm doing great less of a headache today. I had a wirlwind weekend and had a few drinks during the "cookout" on saturday and had someof mom's delicious, scrumpcious macaroni salad but got right back up on Sunday and started back on track. I haven't weighed myself since Saturday because I'm scared of what the scale will say but I was happy to see a 6.5 loss on Saturday morning which was a beautiful thing. I feel great and can't wait to get the next 10lbs off. Keep the fingers toes crossed I will chime in tomorrow and thanks again my guardian angel Biki for checking in on me that really helps!

Aww, you're welcome. Have a great day! Congrats on the great loss! Drink plenty of water. You don't gain weight necessarily the next day after eating off plan just like you sometimes don't get the immediate benefit of exercise.

Congrats on the 6.5 pounds down! That's wonderful :) I hope those few off plan bites didn't subtract from that too much. Keep up the good work!
