Banana in French Van Shake???

Hi,

I was wondering how horrible it would be to add half of a frozen banana to a french vanilla shake? And if not that, what else can I try?

I'll leave the "Yay or Nay" about the half banana to the experts....my guess would be 'no' because it would create a carb inbalance....maybe try the banana flavored davinci sugar free syrup? davincigormet.com

I highly recommend the banana DaVinci syrup. I don't like all their flavors (peanut butter, you know who you are!!!!), but that's one of my favorites (right up there with hazelnut and toasted marshmallow).

P.S. Where's Jane~

It's not only :x nix on nanners, it's :x nix on all fruit (except tuhmaters :tomato: ) while we're on the weight loss phase. Fruit returns during transition and maintenance. Until then, use the fake fruit syrups or Crystal Light.
