Hey there, thanks for stopping by my journal. I am sooooo happy to see you back on here. I posted some photos not long ago and missed hearing you rave about my clavicals. :D

Anyway - it is good to see you are back.

Thanks for your support ladies. Have I mentioned Medifast rocks?!!?!

Being so close to goal I didn't expect to see much of a difference in the scale, but maybe being off plan for a while caused my body to wake up and listen. I feel like I'm firmly in ketosis now with the hunger gone and I'm expecting to see some results on the scale for roll call Sunday. (I've already had a sneak peak!)

I haven't had the time I had hoped to catch up this week, but maybe Monday. There are so many old friends I want to check up on and SO many newbies I've still yet to meet.

Just wanted to check in and say I'm hanging in there. Hope you all are too!

I've seen a lot of people in recent weeks that I haven't seen for quite some time, so I thought I'd record some of the compliments and NSVs I've received incase I need them for weaker days, or if I just want to come here and gloat! I don't intend for this to sound like I'm bragging it's just a testament to the positive feedback I've been getting since starting MF.

My dad did not see me at Christmas because he was sick, so the last time he saw me I was weighing 190 lbs. None of my family told him I was on a diet. He couldn't believe it when he saw me. He said when he first glanced at me he thought I was my 12 year old neice. He had to do a double take!

I saw someone I worked with 16 years ago. He said Tracy you haven't changed a bit. You look exactly the same! That one blew me away.

My aunt told my mom (now remember, we are from the south!) "Boy, that Tracy is an eye full!" Yes, that's a considered a compliment down here!

Yesterday I had lunch with a former co-worker I hadn't seen in a couple of years. He told me I look like a million bucks.

My sister-in-law, my 12 year old neice and I are going on a spring break cruise at the end of March. Last weekend I took my neice shopping for dresses for dinner. We bought the same size dresses!! I must admit she's pretty voluptuous for a 12 year old, she'll be 13 in a couple of months, besides that she's 5 inches taller than me, but still....I'm wearing the same size as a 7th grader!! I can't wait for that cruise. We are going to have the best time. The two of then have barely been out of Arkansas so I can't wait until they see what's out there waiting for then to explore.

Last but not least I was at my mom's last weekend and as mothers do, she picked up some of my dirty clothes and washed them. Well I never dry my jeans, I always hang them to dry in fear of shrinkage. She DRIED my jeans!! I was scared to put them on fearing I'd be busting out the seams. Guess what they fit perfectly! No more waiting hours for a pair of jeans to dry.

Needless to say, choosing MF last July was an excellent decision! I'm so happy that I stuck with it and even returned to finish up to goal. Maybe it was all these NSVs that gave me the nudge I needed to push on toward my goal....

hi tracy! Your post didn't sound like bragging to me at all. It sounded like a woman who is happy to be where she is right now and is thankful to MF for helping that happen. It's nice to lk back on things and be so proud of yourself. Keep it going girl, you are so close. Kudos on all your NSVs. AND I know you guys are going to have a wonderful time on your cruise.

Tracy, those are great NSVs!!! :D I need to start recording those too. Just yesterday, a coworker (who had already mentioned a couple of weeks ago that he could tell I was losing weight) said "Man, everytime I see you, you have lost more weight". I tell ya, that comment kept me from overindulging last night when temptation hit.

You started with the same amount of weight to lose as I did. You are so inspiring!! Great job!!

You keep right on posting those NSV's. You may need to come look at them again someday and they will help to inspire the rest of us as we struggle now and then.

You are doing great!! Just for fun I went back and read your entire journal - you have made an incredible journey and you should be proud of yourself.

Day 8 of Compliance / Part 2

Down 4 lbs this week to 135 leaving only 5 lbs to my original goal. Made me super happy to notice on Support in Motion this morning that my BMI is in the NORMAL range.

It's been a good week, even with TOM showing up this morning. I'm just going to keep on trucking. I know if I stay vigilant that last 5 lbs will come off eventally.

Happy Sunday Everyone!
