Just eat every 3 hours that you're awake, don't stress about schedule changes or anything. If you've been awake 3 hours, eat. Have fun!

Shakes, bars, hot drinks, and pudding tend to be easier depending on your job. If you have time to make the soup, then that should work. Perhaps your L&G after your shift.

When I work overnights or odd shifts, I do just what they said. I start with a "breakfast" within 1 hour of waking, then move on to every3 hours til bedtime. Shift work can suck, but it doesn't have to mess with your program.

I worked nights up until a couple of months ago, so I lost all my weight that way. It was no big deal. Like everyone else has said, I just started midday when I got up, and spaced my meals out every few hours till I went to bed. L&G was usually at work, on a dinner break.
