Another tasty way to spcie up oatmeal...

For my first Medifast meal in my new home, I fixed the French Vanilla Berry Oatmeal as directed, with a little less water, then added coffee and a Splenda packet to it. TASTY!!

Jeanette,

Sounds like a lovely House Warming Meal! Was this an accident that occurred on a sleepy morning, splashing some coffee into the oatmeal bowl accidentally? Perfectly planned new dish? I shall try some this week.

It would be good when we're in a hurry - breakfast and coffee combined!

Happy to know that you are back home in your own nest.

How's the hurricane damage in your area?

Back to work?

Yippy! :boing: Glad you are back on your program.

Hi Nancy!

I was fortunate and missed alot of damage, but unfortunately, most of the people in my neighborhood didn't get so lucky. You wouldnt believe the piles of aluminum, tree limbs, ripped, out carpeting, etc. that has been by the curbside for awhile.

I am very happy to be back on program. And I'm off to a great start--7 pounds in the first three days!
