Alex, it is neat that you took the photos as you lost the weight. There is such an obvious change in each of the photos. The last 30# shows your clavicles are more prominent (we all like clavicles! LOL) and each photo shows your face slimming. You have a pretty neck, cheekbones and you just look GREAT! :D Thanks for sharing.

oh. my. god.

i am a cookie monster. they are my crack. so, i'm pleased to say that celestial seasonings has a line of holiday teas that rock!!!! why am i so enthusiastic?

two words, babies:

sugar cookie.

caffeine free and delicious.

it was so good, it actually satisfied a craving.

i was feeling saucy, so i ordered from syrup2u. now i have 12 bizarre flavors to mix in my shakes.

then i ordered some of that pb2 stuff. not bad! calorie wise, it's about the same as peanut butter, because the prepared volume is so low, but i won't o.d. on this (because i'm lazy). i have no self-control around the real stuff. i'm also envisioning making medicookies with some of it.

why am i envisioning this?

toaster oven.

i'm such an idiot, i forgot these things existed! well, mainly because i don't cook and have no idea how to use one, but i'm pretty stoked that i'm going to get to experiment with my food.

it's insane to put in the effort to drop more than 50# and not invest a little time and energy in therapy (formal or not).

i'm just sayin'.

Hey alpha femme, glad to see you back. you started shortly after i did (originally) but i fell off...another story. Oh well. You enjoyed the sugar cookie tea? I bought some a few weeks ago and it wasn't bad but the smell of it for me was kinda reminiscent of PLAY-DOH so i think that's what turned me off a little. As we all know on this forum, tastes change so i figured i would give it a few weeks and try again. I guess it's time.

mf sent me a free copy of "the secret's out." i wonder if that's something they're just doing right now; maybe it was the code i used. i dunno. it's an interesting book, though.

i found another (special occasion) solution for cookie cravings. 8oz non fat milk with sugar free cookie dough flavoring.

puppy says i actually salivated...
but i think she's just proecting.

i also recommend the ginger spice... and the candy cane... and the nutcracker sweet. sugar plum spice is also worth a try.

i, uh, like tea.
