almost through week one!

Hi everyone. I started MF on Sunday. I can't believe I've stuck to it this far. Some of the food is just AWFUL! Anyway, my question is, "how do I put my photo with my profile?" I am not very computer literate, so I need help. I want to be able to trade some of my meals for the ones that I really like, and want people to know that I am trustworthy. So I believe the more info about myself that I give out, the more people will know I am a good person since I haven't posted much on this board. Thanks for any info!

Hi there! I am a newbie too. Started 7/31/06.Stuck totally to the plan and dropped 13lbs the first week. I'm only weighing once weekly, so will find out Sunday where I am at 2 weeks. I was curious if you got the 4 week pkg where you can get 1 week free? It has all kinds of food choices. I highly recommend it, as I have been able to find what I really like for re-ordering purposes. Hang in there. You can do it! :sheepjump:
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !

I hated the food at first too but I used some of the tips provided on this forum and it got better. Also, after a couple of weeks the food just started tasting better. Keep at it, the weight loss will help you stick. Good Luck!

:wave: Welcome! I wasn't very fond of the food the first few days either, but I'm on my 15th day now & loving MF. There are some foods that I'm still not crazy about, but they aren't as bad as they seemed in the beginning. I'm definately learning what I like & don't like and will order accordingly next time. :D
