Well, I have to get in bed because my back is killing me. I will PM you all my numbers tomorrow so you have them. Hope we both rest well tonight, or as good as can be expected. I can usually fall asleep, it's the staying asleep I have the problem with! Night, night.

Thanks, Biki, Joy and Tawanda! It's great to know there is support and encouragement to be found on this forum. While looking through the forum I've noticed there hasn't been a lot of posting lately. Did everyone get skinny and leave? :lol:

Or is medifast weight loss a casualty of the economy?

Today I take my 17 year old shopping for shoes then hubby is taking me out to dinner at my favorite restaurant. Tomorrow is the big day...can't wait! I've already got the fridge stocked with RTD chocolate shakes!

Can anyone tell me how to change my profile pic? Do I have to send it to Unca Tim? I forgot! I want to put up a newer one when I was just 15lbs from my goal (summer 2006) that will keep me motivated. I know if I did it once I can do it again!!
