After 1 week of total compliance I am up 1 lb, so out of frustration, depression, dissappointment, and bad habbit, I ate Ice cream and chips for breakfast.

What was I thinking? I am trying to lose weight, nit gain it so eating crap out of depression helps nothing and just makes it worse!!!

I have committed to the 14 days of total compliance, and fully intent to keep my committment.

It's over, it happened, nothing we can do about it now. You recognize it was depression and boredom and there may have been a trigger involved. You learned something, so now you can move on!

Now, onto the compliance challenge and health!
