Ok Ladies so maybe I'm high maintenance(sp) but I have been working with an advisor & she doesn't seem too enthusiastic and I emailed Nancy but I think she is on travel right? Well anyway I just don't care for my advisor much and rather have one that's as excited for me as I am for myself (tell me i'm crazy if you think so) but when I'm having an excited moment & email her she just responds like OK so your excited let me know when your ready to order

Like hello I'm ready after 2 months of contemplation

to embark on this remarkable journey & that's all the enthusiasm you have :coach:

HOW RUDE! So what would everyones advice be?

My quick answer: Nancy is THE BEST! :kool:

She even emails while travelling sometimes - how cool is that!? I am totally smitten with her! :heart:

Plus you could not find someone MORE enthusiastic about Medifast, trust me! :lol:

Or more enthused about her little Medifasters here for that matter.

People have switched before, I think. If you're really just not clicking, I think it's OK to ask for someone new.

I would just request another one. I'm sure it would be OK. I have Becky, Nancy's daughter. She's very nice.

Hi, I'm new, do I get an advisor with my first order from Nancy and Terry? Is that online ordering or phone only? Wow! That'd be cool!

If I'm not mistaken Nancy & Terry will be your advisor's either online or phone gets you an advisor!

My initial advisor and I did not click either. I waited until I found the right one and then all it took was a request to make the change. You are a consumer. You have the right to change advisors if it's not working between you.

Thanks Serendipity, I actually have a wonderful advisor now she and I are on the road to success... She took care of placing my order for me yesterday and was very understanding & enthusiastic about me joining and excited for me!

You can certainly change advisors and I highly recommend Nancy, Unca and Terry. I have always gotten top notch service and support. If you have a problem with an order, they'll fix it. Simple as that.

I think if you order through their website then they are automatically designated as your advisor.....
