Wow. You are doing amazing. You are really an inspiration to me. Thanks for keeping a journal. You have no idea how helpful posting your progress has been for others. There are some other people here with amazing stories too, but 100-300 page journals are pretty intimidating since I'm new and I just got here. Yours wasn't too scary to jump into and read from the beginning.

Congratulations to you on your awesome progress, you are obviously being very disciplined and taking very good care of yourself.

OK Still OP and going to make it to 25lbs by this weeks weigh in! That would be 25# in one month!....And I will reach goal BEFORE Turkey- Day..that was my goal date....and with the crunches and push-ups I am doing by Turkey-Day I should have some sort of AB'S to show!.....stay tuned for the pic's( not until I see deffination though!)

ALSO:

Just got the word as many of you might have heard:

I work at Freightliner....and they are going to move to N.C. That is a LONG way away from here...and since I AM divorced that would mean I wouldnt see my daughter very much if I took the move! So If anyone in Oregon knows where I might find a GOOD paying J O B I am all ears! I believe that I have 3 years........but will know more in the following weeks!

SO .................if you know anything let me know and I will send a resume' wherever needed!

Well just 3 lbs this week

guess this is where I start to lose at a slower rate......just have to bear down and finish this thing! Going hunting in 2 weeks and will be kinda hard to stay OP during that time....but will eat good foods and not eat the junk that makes my body FAT!
