I guess I had my first NSV today. I had lost 3 lbs 2 weeks ago and was up 2 this weigh in . I weighed myself this morning and was down 4 (the two gained and another 2 additional lbs).

At work my friend mentioned how the capris I was wearing looked rather baggy. I didn't think too much of it because I had purchased them a size larger then normal (since they were insanely cheap) and they're wide-legged. But then it hit me, I had gone to the bathroom earlier and I had pulled down the capris WITHOUT unbuttoning or unzipping them. Thankfully I put a belt on today. I tried it again later and sure enough they slid right down with a tug. I know they were not that loose on me to begin with!

That's great!! But watch out, so they don't fall off all on their own. It's happened to others here. Belts are your friends.

What a couple of neat things to happen! Capris that are too big and someone noticing that you are shrinking!! Good for you!

That happened to me the other day. Be very careful on the pants falling down. And also Congrats..........

Belts are definitely your friend. I remember about month and a half into my journey my jean-shorts falling down and exposing my hiney to Joelie's daughter. Talk about embarrassment. I quickly went and purchased a new belt since I had left mine 500 miles away.

It's also really cool when you keep having to cinch the belt tighter and tighter. It'll be another nsv!

Back when I was on Weight Watchers (lost 23 pounds from 256), right before MF, I first experienced the slip off pants phenomenon. It made going to the bathroom easier but I did expose the back of my panties a few times too...
