ok guys - you might wanna try this one:


1 packet Vanilla MF Shake, might be good with the chocolate...
Pumkin Pie Spice to taste
a little cinnamon
Ice cubes to taste
A little vanilla extract
a little splenda



This is so yummy, it kinda taste like egg nogg, it would be great with the impending holidays!
May 1st 2006...Highest Weight 265...

Started Medifast December 8th, 06 Weight = 236.8 :(
