Hi Jaime -- Welcome! :D I'm sorry to say that yogurt :uhuh: of any kind is not permitted. If you need a list of what is permitted you can refer to your "Quick Start" booklet that came with your first shipment. :pagesturn: This booklet is something that many memorize and we all need to keep as a reference so that we stay in compliance with the program.

Best of luck -- you're through the worst part. Can't wait to see your reports of pound lost. Ask any questions or come here for support and encouragement - this is the best place for all of that! :cheermed:

Hi

Postby dede4wd » April 29th, 2006, 11:39 am

Personally, I have thrived on this program living by the mantra that "if it isn't in the quick start guide, it doesn't go in my mouth."

But...
I checked out the nutrition count online for yoplait light...
100 calories
85mg sodium
19 grams of carbohydrates (thats almost 1/4 of what we're allowed per day)
14 grams of sugar...

So my biased opinion is that it isn't the worst thing in the world you could cheat with, but if you don't want to cheat at all, this is a definite no no until maintenance and beyond.

Hope this helps!

DeDe

P.S. Sugar-free jello is definitely allowed if you need a treat! Limit 1 per day!

That's a LOT of sugar. And 100 calories is a whole supplement.

Hmmmm,
Sorry but no yogurt -- save it for when you get to the maintenance stage. Just be very very compliant -- DeDe's right --if it's not in the quick start booklet it doesn't go in the mouth  You can have MF pudding though

Welcome :) Don't worry, when that weight starts dropping off like gang busters, you won't be giving yogurt a second thought :) Glad you're here :)
