Hi Angie, I am just returning to medifast and need encouragement too. But let me tell you, you are in the right place!!!! I tried every thing in the past, (I 'm sure that you have too). Medifast WORKS !!! The FAST in medifast is for results !!!! I lost almost 60lbs from jan. 05 to May 1st 05 With no exercise and no struggle.
I took the summer off, so of. I cheated a lot. Now I am back on track and lost 6.5 lbs just last week!!! As long as you do medifast by the BOOK, YOU WILL LOSE!!! I would like to lose another 40lbs. So if I'm real good, I could have it all off by Thanksgiving possibly. I lost consistantly 4lbs a week when I did not stray. I feel great, have lots of energy, and my cholesterol is now 156. It was right around 200. My hair dresser keeps wondering why I'm less gray? I think its Medifast, maybe all the soy. I don't know?
I love not obsessing about food. I love not counting carbs, calories or points. You CAN do it, and medifast will get you there!!! I may be the only person who weighs herself almost every day, but for me, especially in the beginning, to see those numbers coming down almost every day is motivating !!! The days that the scale goes up or doesn't move, does not get me down if I know I followed the program to a T. The next day or day after, the scale may be down 2 lbs !!!! GO FOR IT, be the best that you can be!!!! I'm here for you.....Sara

Aw..Ange, we will have the faith for you - we know it works.

While you are waiting for it to arrive, start drinking a glass of water every hour and eat small meals every two to three hours. Try to get your mind ready for the time of your life!
