hi everone, I am down 3 more pounds and loving it for a total of 23# and starting on week 5 today. :D :D thiis is so good I got a little hungry last night but fixed a shake and drank it .sometimes them commericals make me hungry and i know it is in my head not my stomach :twisted: so i made it thru ok and here goes another week.talk to you all later Susan
