Okay, I know about Dr. J and how he can be an inspiration. I know who Millard Fillmore was, but what exactly makes him an inspiration. Inquiring mind wants to know.

I'm with you Robin! It depends on the day, but I can usually find something on this forum to keep me going. I am taking it one day (sometimes one meal) at a time. It is very difficult to make myself a priority every day but that is what it comes down to for me.

Thanks to everyone for your continued support, inspiration & humor

Seeing the changes in others is hugely motivating, as are the ability to do more, the fewer days I spend sick with migraines (except lately, but that's another story), being close to my college weight, hearing people ask if I'm Dayna's younger sister (hehe), a long and healthy life with my husband, shopping.

As for what inspires me -- anything or anyone that has potential, particularly if it's being tapped.

(And, apparently, I go back as far as wldtrk, probably not to the day, but definitely to the year -- somehow I forget we're not all, well,  OLD    )
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana
