Well I am back what can I say its allot harder to get back in the program than staying on it but why do we stray??

I cant make promises but thanks to the success of many of you I need to get back in line.

During my absense I have gained everything and more back. Enough of that no tears many regrets Thank God you all are here.

Welcome Back Ron! I've shed my own tears over the pieces of cake, Mickey D's meals etc. that put pounds back on me. But here I am. Yes, it is very difficult the second or third time around. I can attest to that! We can do this! :weightlift:

Wecome back Ron! You can do this again, just remember how great it felt to shed those pounds last time.

Hang in there! We believe in you!

If you don't have a Health Coach, get one, and have them pester the begeezus out of you.
Don't be afraid to ask them to keep an eye on you.

Welcome Back

Postby Ginabobina1969 » September 11th, 2007, 9:50 pm

Hiya Ron and welcome back!

I believe firmly that we only fail, at any particular goal in our lives, when we quit trying.
The old saying, "if at first you don't succeed, try, try, again" is right on the money. :)

You CAN do this Ron..Set your eyes on your goal and don't take them off till you reach it.

Lets Get'R Done!
Hugs,
Gina

Hey big ron,

I remember you and how well you were doing on MF when you were here, so I know you're going to take MF by storm again and move right towards goal.

It really is harder, but so worth it to come back to MF and make it work for us so we can live the healthy lives we want.

Keep at it. Look forward to seeing your successes!!!

Thanks everyone. I am going to try to keep up this time (how many times have we said that?). I am so tired of working the program hard and then wasting all that hard work by going back to old habbits and going backwards. I have said many times in previous posts how important this forum is but I should have practiced what I preached. I havent been perfect on the program yet still slipping this week but will keep working at it. To those of you who are new to this program it does work but you cant let your old habbits in to destroy your efforts and if you do get back on it. :goteam:
