Trade shake packets?

Hi - I have a full box of banana shakes, 5 (I think) envelopes of orange shakes, and a full box of strawberry shakes.

I would happily trade my shakes for chocolate or vanilla shakes, or cappuccios.

I'm new to this, so walk me through it. Many thanks!
