so far, i haven't asked to be put in a club. tim is really on top of that....

but this is different. today, the last day of week 10, i dropped down to 259. that's 41lbs gone. i started wanting to lose 140-- so i have 99 left. i know i can do it, because i already have. but, i must say that the waiting and the plateaus have been making me nuts.

i posted pics on my website as a reminder of how far i let myself go-- as well as how far i have come. (since people have asked, just click the "www" button in my signature area.) nothing rocks as much as seeing a 2 digit number on my ticker where it says "to go." could my goal weight be lower? probably. however, i am fairly compact and carry a lot of muscle.... but that is up for debate at another time.

i just wanted to post this and say to all the vets-- thanks for your encouragement. all of you newbies-- stick to it, it will work for you, too.

Congratulations Alex. 41 pounds in 10 weeks still averages #4 a week. That is much better then other programs. You will be down to your goal in no time.
