Hello everyone. I started Monday and so far so good.....I haven't cheated though the temptation was there. Monday was the hardest day to resist, yesterday was much easier......So far I've loved all of the foods, my least favorite is the banana pudding but that's just because I don't like banana flavored stuff. But it's still edible. I've lost 4 lbs so far and don't feel deprived. I've gotten hungry a couple of times and helped that by drinking a cup of boullion.....I'm excited about this plan and am getting ready to do a 4 week order. (I only did 2 weeks initially to see if I could stick with it). I love reading the boards and seeing the pictures, it's so inspiring!

Hello and Welcome to the Forum!

Sounds like you are off to a great start. Everyday that goes by it does get easier to resist the off program junk food.

Good Luck!!

Welcome to the forum!

You're brave, I don't like banana either so I didn't order the pudding and have no plans to. But many people on this board have said that tastes change with MF so who knows? Maybe that will end up being my favorite supplement... but I doubt it.

Sounds like you are off to a terrific start!

Yes, your tastes will change! I love chocolate pudding but didn't like the program's chocolate pudding at the beginning - but NOW I love it.

I think Dogma can chime in as well. She hated the oatmeal and now can't get enuff of it.

Good luck in the program and welcome to our wonderful family!

Thank you all for the warm welcome.....I fell off the wagon at dinner with friends on Saturday night but got right back on Sunday morning. Honestly, it wasn't worth it. I felt lousy (not guilt) and although it was good, it wasn't worth going off plan. But everything is good now. It's officially been 1 week and I've lost 6 lbs so I can't complain. For those of you that haven't tried making the oatmeal into cookies, do it!!! They are SOOOO yummy and portable. Between being out all day yesterday and tomorrow, they saved me from falling off plan again.....

It is very good that you jumped right back on the plan after Saturday. Good for you! It does get easier as someone said.
