Hi everyone! Are we allowed to have white tuna canned in water for our meal? It would be great over the salad. Thanks.

You can have 7 whole ounces, which is a lot of tuna!

Sometimes I cook the tuna in a pan and add vegetables. Not bad

Speaking of canned tuna... Most cans are only 5oz once drained, so do you just eat one can, do you take 2oz from another can & use the remaining 3oz the next day, or...?

I have had the same question as Shana about which number to use - drained ounces or undrained ounces of tuna.
