I'm on Day 4 and when I came home from work I got on the scale and it said I had lost 7.6 pounds! Whoa baby! I'm so happy right now. I know the weight loss will slow down and I also know that some of it's water weight. I'm taking it!

Heres my opinion...see I told ya I offer opinions on a whim...but weight is weight, do you like carrying a gallon of milk in the store? No, you put it in a cart, girlfriend that gallon of milk is almost gone. I think a gallon weighs 9 lbs. I lost over 3 1st day....I don't care. I care that the scale says I weigh less than I did. You keep on going, and celebrate ALL loses....you earn it!
