Hi There,
Don't worry those 7 pounds will be gone in no time at all. I think you did very very well.
And, I understand the 17 pounds. I puff up like a puffer fish when I fly... so I never get on the scale until I've been home at least a week. When I got off the plane on one of my recent flights I felt like "peg leg Pete" could hardly believe it. 
I actually hobbled thru the airport 
I'm going to be upping my water intake too. Welcome home!! I'll be watching for you and we'll all be cheering soon as you part with those pesky pounds.
