I gained 3 pounds since my weigh-in on Wednesday, but we all know that's easy to do when you're eating completely off-plan. I'm on the road again today - feeling good about things and I'm not taking 'no' for an answer when it comes to reaching my goals!

Let's just say that I'm re-starting tomorrow...

It can be done and it WILL be done...

I lost over 40 lbs on MF 2 years ago and felt great as I was losing...Once I got beyond day three it was a breeze...no painful hunger pains (physically) and the scale just kept on moving...

I've learned that I've had a terrible bladder infection, and have been off plan for about a week...

Tomorrow is my re-start date and I'm FINALLY feeling better....

Thank Goodness I can come here and just talk honestly about this ...

Way to go, Tony!! Hope you guys had a great time.

Hang in there, Nickieluv! I'm right there with you!

Praying for you, Pam! Today is the end of Day 3. How are you doin?

On my end, I wallowed in a whole lot of self-sabotage I didn't think would bite me back the way it did. Nuts on one day, cheese on another, 4&2 on a third.

Result: up a whopping 6 lbs. (and, no, it's not just in my bowels)
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana
